Great leadership is often born at a time of crisis or challenge, where everything seems to be going wrong, and people are asking the questions, “Where is the leader who will give us guidance in the days ahead? Who is the answer to the problems that we are facing?”

As we look at one of the greatest stories in the Bible, it will give us principles of victory and success for our own personal lives. This is probably a story that is very familiar to most people: the story about David and Goliath. But there is far more involved than most people realize.
